Friday, Rodrigue Delone, the Director of Cooperation and Development of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) on tour in the North, at the head of a delegation of the Ministry met in particular the Mayor of Cap-Haitien, Yvon Alteon and entrepreneur, Steeve A. Mathieu.

Steeve A. Mathieu is a compatriot from the diaspora who lived in the United States, returned to the country since 8 years to invest in the field of breeding broilers and poultry production in the North.

Moreover, in order to perform outreach work with our compatriots from the diaspora visiting the country for the festivities of the patron Saint Jacques de Saint Louis du Nord, the delegation of MHAVE went to meet them to discuss the future of the country and share these moments of celebrations.
