In an official note, Rothchild François Jr, the Minister of Communication "salutes the memory of this journalist who marked the broadcasting in Haiti and in the diaspora. An extraordinary man of humor, Pharès Duverné has always been conspicuous by his intelligence, his knowledge, his openness and mutual assistance. He was known for its commitment to developing Haiti through education. The Press sector can never forget that voice that debuted on Radio Céleste FM to then work at Signal FM before joining Radio Vision 2000 and continue his career in the Florida Haitian community.
