A decree published in the Official Journal Le Moniteur No. 243 dated 22 December 2015 changes the status of the citizen Uder Antoine, who since 2012 was General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-6047-haiti-politic-installation-of-the-new-general-coordinator-of-the-omrh.html elevates Mr. Antoine to the tile of General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) , with the rank of Minister.

In this decree of Prime Minister Paul Evans one can reads :

"Given the Constitution, in particular its Article 159;

Given the Decree of 17 May 2005 on the State Central Administration organization;

Given the Decree of 17 May 2005 amending the General Civil Service Statute;

Given the Decree of 25 May 2009 on the organization and operation of the Office of Management and Resources Human (OMRH);

Considering that it is necessary to regularize the rank of General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH);

ADOPTED

Article 1.- The citizen Uder Antoine was appointed General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), with the rank of Minister.

Article 2. A certified copy of this Order will be given to the person.

Article 3. The present decree will be printed, published and executed for the purposes of law.

Given to the Primature, on Port-au-Prince, December 21, 2015, 212th Year of Independence.
