Saturday Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture, participated in the 10th edition of the "Poetic cocktail of carnival" of Jacmel.

This activity was attended by the Ambassador of France accredited to Haiti, Elisabeth Breton Délègue, by Jean Michel Lapin, Director General of the Ministry, Philippe Dodard, Director General of the National School of Arts (ENARTS), of civil, political authorities, and members of the population of the city of Jacmel.

The evening was punctuated with declamation of poems and dances performances of troops of the city of Jacmel, where everything is ready for the edition of the Carnival 2016, to be held under the theme "Jakmel tout tan gen tan" this Sunday 31 January 2016.
