Miradin Morlan, Director General of the DGI, accompanied by his Deputy Director, Lubonheur Lorédant proceeded with the nomination of Mrs. Chantale Poulaille Figaro, as Director of the Control Unit of the General Tax Directorate (DGI). She takes over from Luckner Badeau who was transferred to the Technical Council.

The Director Morlan recalled that Mrs. Morlan Figaro is an experienced executive of the tax institution that has a long career behind her. In his speech the new Director said that sheintended to make the Control Unit the shift lever to the DGI. She expressed confidence to rely on the dynamism of everyone to achieve the objectives set.

On the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony, the Director General has had a very long talk with the staff of the Control Unit, especially young Inspectors-Controllers, to make clear the new borders established regarding the prerogatives and duties of everyone.
