Haiti - Hinche : Arrest of a murderer wanted for more than 4 years

As part of an operation conducted by the Haitian National Police (PNH) in the Centre department, Guerrier Marc Andrew, originally from the commune of Boucan-Carré, more precisely from the locality of Difayi, was arrested at Sainte Thérèse Hospital in Hinche by officers of the Departmental Judicial Police Service (SDPJ-Centre).

Guerrier Marc Andrew was actively sought by the police for the murder of his former colleague, a security guard at an orphanage in the commune of Croix-des-Bouquets, on September 22, 2020.

During his interrogation by SDPJ officers, Guerrier Marc Andrew confessed to the murder and was taken into custody pending further legal action.
