At the request of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ), the internal security service of the Embassy of France in Haiti, organized last week a training course on ballistics, more specifically devoted to crime scene management.

Led by the Chief of logistic group to the Central Office of Forensic Identification Branch of forensic science of Ecully (Rhône, France), this training (the second of its kind https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-15184-icihaiti-security-ballistic-training-against-drug-trafficking.html ) has benefited to 88 Haitian investigators from all investigative services: protection of minors, homicide, kidnapping, drug trafficking, forensic etc...

Emphasizing the essential rigor in all primary intervention in a crime scene, the trainer has addressed all the practical aspects of preservation and record of traces and clues, as part of the intervention of investigators services.
