iciHaiti - Port-au-Prince : Celebration of the International Art Day

As part of the celebration of the International Art Day, celebrated every year on April 15, the Town Hall of Port-au-Prince organized of concert with the Art Center, Thursday, April 12 a great activity for the purpose to draw the public's attention to the important place of artists in our society.

Several famous artists including painters have exhibited their works and allowed through this event, the Town Hall to succeed its bet that was to allow all those, attracted by art, whatever the form of expression, to enrich oneself, to feed oneself and to live their passion fully.

Mrs. Anne René Louis, the Director General of the City Council emphasized that through the celebration of the International Art Day, the Mayor Youri Chévry and his team wanted to offer something different from their predecessors to the inhabitants of the city according to to their vision.
