iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : End the floods in Carenage

As part of the efforts of the Head of State to facilitate the movement of people and goods and to reduce the vulnerability of the population of Carenage and several other areas of the city of Cap-Haitien, facing the risk of flooding that occur at each episode of intense rainfall, the rehabilitation works of the streets 26, 27 and 28B is advancing rapidly.
Thanks to the fleet of heavy equipment, handed over to North Departmental Directorate of Public Works, the realization of the gutters and concreting of these streets of Carenage, will soon be a reality in the 2nd city of the country.
