The Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince presents his compliments and requires you to make all the necessary arrangements for assistance and protection to be granted as soon as possible to the Wynne Farm located in Kenscoff, administered by Mr. Mark Ouwehand, residing and domiciled at Kenscoff 97, # 05A.
