iciHaiti - Security : Protect our ambulances!

iciHaiti - Security : Protect our ambulances!

The Ministry of Public Health calls on the population in general and protesters in particular, to show solidarity and facilitate the unconditional movement of all ambulances, whether of public, private, hospital or institutional services.

The Ministry recalls that ambulances are there to provide emergency care and to transport sick, injured, pregnant women and all other people who urgently need to visit hospitals and health centers. Under the traffic regulations that are respected in all countries, the ambulance has priority to circulate in all circumstances.

Keep in mind that drivers, nurses, and caregivers who work in ambulances are mothers and fathers of children who work day and night to fulfill their responsibilities and provide assistance to people everywhere, in all circumstances and without exclusion.
