Some blame petrol station owners for creating fuel scarcity while at the same time supplying the black market while others point fingers at the Government's promises of fuel deliveries, described as lies by more than one... Barricades of burning tires have been reported in front of the Best Western hotel, the Kinam hotel, close to St. Pierre's Square and the Oasis hotel on the Panamerican road, as well as in several arteries of the town of Pétion-ville making traffic difficult of cars.
