On Friday, in an interview on Radio Préférence FM, Louka, leader of opposition resistance movement of Jubilée (Petit-Goâve), rejected the accusation suggesting that he had shot and wounded two young me : Dany Tataille 25 years old and Pierre Jean Rémy 19 years old, during an operation led by the agents of the Departmental Unit of Maintenance of the Order (UDMO) https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-29332-icihaiti-petit-goave-tensions-and-relocation-of-anti-government-resistance.html said "This is false and arch-false, I reject this accusation that the Police Commissioner of Petit-Goâve, Julbert Conseillant bring against me. We are not bandits. We do not ransom anyone. We are fighting for change."

Joined by other young people from Rue Benoît and members of the "Defenders of Left Behind" (DELCO) movement, Louka, warns the Commissioner of the Government of the Jurisdiction, Me Fourjy Pierre, against any idea of sinking into the arbitrariness and using justice as an instrument of persecution "I am only an activist, I do no harm to anyone. I do not see why, the Chief Prosecutor intends to issue an arrest warrant against me.
