Saturday March 27, the National Police in collaboration with the Prosecutor's Office of Port-au-Prince, proceeded to the arrest of Raphaël Jean aka "Ti blan" a member of Group "Phantom 509", who was the object of a mandate to bring from the Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince, Me Bed-Ford Claude.

Note that Raphaël Jean is not a PNH police officer, but it was in his residence that the "Phantom 509" meetings were held.

Moreover, the same day the former dismissed police officer Abelson Gros Nègre, an active member of the "Phantom 509" group which was the subject of a wanted notice https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-33311-haiti-flash-wanted-notice-for-8-police-officers-active-members-of-the-group-phantom-509.html was arrested at his home in Carrefour feuille by officers of the Departmental Maintenance of Order Unit (UDMO).
