Wednesday midday, heavily armed individuals wearing the uniform of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) entered a medical office located at #25 of the alley Berne, where they kidnapped two doctors in consultation. They are Dr. Pierre Boncy, (urologist) and Dr. Michel D'Alexis (gynecologist).

According to testimony, the thugs pretending to be real police officers, accompanied by a man claiming to be a lawyer, making believe to an arrest, handcuffing the two doctors before leaving with their hostages aboard a Toyota Land Cuiser, without being worried.
