iciHaiti - Training : Partnership agreement between Haiti and Cuba

Within the framework of the reinforcement of the relations of friendship and cooperation in the educational and scientific field, between Haiti and Cuba, the Ambassador of Haiti Régine Lamur, Head of the Haitian Mission in Cuba, on behalf and in representation of the Académie Diplomatique Jean Price Mars and Ambassador Rogelio Sierra, in his capacity as Rector of the Raul Roa Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) of MINREX in Cuba, have signed a partnership agreement which aims, among other things, to :
- Make exchanges of professors, students and staff of Chancelleries;
- Jointly organize conferences, seminars and symposiums alternately in Port-au-Prince and Havana.
