At the start of the week, a new targeted police operation, bringing together several specialized units of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) made up of agents from SWAT, the Temporary Anti-Gang Unit (UTAG) and those from territorial units under the DDO-2, traveling aboard a convoy of armored vehicles, including at least one recently purchased, stormed the territory of the gang of Innocent Vitel'Homme alias "Vitelom" Leader of the Torcel Gang.
Visibly informed of this operation, the "Vitelom" gang remained elusive and the PNH, in order not to return empty-handed, had to settle with the arrest of a single member of the gang and the recovery of a stolen vehicle...
