The Communication Unit of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action alerts public opinion that ill-intentioned individuals have created a Facebook account and are using the identity of Minister Raymonde Rival to ransom, discuss and propose false opportunities to potential victims...

These are acts of fraud perpetrated by dishonest people impersonating the Minister to extort money and mislead peaceful and honest citizens.

Steps have been taken with Facebook to delete this account, which is detrimental to the person and the function that Ms. Rival has held for more than a year and a half.

Minister Rival, who believes in a more useful and efficient use of information and communication technologies, invites the population to be vigilant in the face of certain abuses related to the use of digital tools essential to progress and development.
