iciHaiti - Insecurity: More than 3,000 people have fled Carrefour-Feuilles
More than 3,000 people fled Carrefour-Feuilles south of Port-au-Prince (provisional figure communicated by the Directorate of Civil Protection) taking with them as they can the few goods they possess, their neighborhood had been under attack for several days by members of a Grande Ravine gang led by Renel Destina alias "Ti Lapli" actively wanted by the National Police of Haiti and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Federal Police (FBI). The gang seeking to take control of this area.

Residents report that members of this gang have looted and burned down homes, causing injuries and several deaths. Others say gang members have taken over some homes.
