Monday November 12, 2023 in Delmas 33, shortly before 8:00 a.m., a van coming from Gérald Bataille whose brakes had failed caused a pileup involving 3 other vans and 2 private vehicles, at the entrance to Rue Benjamin, in front of the Clini-Med hospital center.

The amount of victimes rose to around twenty injured, some seriously. No deaths on site have been reported.
