Wooldy Edson Louidor will be assisted by Christine Lamothe who is the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Haiti in the Dominican Republic. Wooldy Edson Louidor is a Haitian-Colombian researcher, graduated in Philosophy and Social Sciences, holds a Master's degree in Latin American Philosophy and a Doctor of Philology. He specializes in "migration studies, from an interdisciplinary perspective."
