On Saturday, August 9, 2025, on the instructions of Vladimir Paraison, the new Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-45512-haiti-flash-new-acting-director-general-at-the-head-of-the-pnh-video-speech.html Inspector General Berson Soljour, Paraison's Chief of Staff, installed Inspector General Jacques Joël Orival as the new Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA).

Inspector General Orival replaces Inspector General Arol Enol Alphonse, who has been transferred to the Directorate General's office.

The ceremony for this strategic appointment was attended by several members of the PNH police and administrative staff.
