Reconstruction of North Wharf
As part of the process of reconstruction of North Wharf, of Public Facilities of International Port of Port-au-Prince, the National Ports Authority (APN) received the Notice of Compliance (NOC) from the National Commission on Government Procurement of the National Commission on Government Procurement authorizing it to negotiate for the supervision, an OTC market, with the Spanish firm ALATEC who had conducted the study of the General Plan of Development of Port au Port-au-Prince. The authorized representative of ALATEC should sign this contract of supervision, in Haiti, this Monday, June 25, 2012.

Talk about disability issues
Last week, the Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, organized a talk on disability issues at the School of Magistrates. This approach is part of the community awareness campaign, conducted by the Office of the Secretary of State, with the objective to change the attitude of the population vis-à-vis people with disabilities, and facilitate the access of the latter to all services.

Interconnected digital space in medicine
Professor Christian Raccurt, local coordinator of the program Haiti Health, French cooperation program whose objective is to equip the four faculties of medicine recognized by the MSPP and the Justinian University Hospital of Cap Haitien of digital spaces he benefit of students and teachers, nforms us that will take place tomorrow Tuesday, June 26, the official opening of the space Haiti Health of the Justinian Hospital in Cap Haitien. Physicians of Saint-Marc to Rhode Island
Physicians from Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island from this Monday will host a team of physicians from St. Nicholas Hospital in the coastal community of Saint Marc, Haiti, sharing modern techniques for the care of women, including those with cancer. From June 25 to 30, the physicians will be in Providence, visiting various departments and programs within Women & Infants and observing the advanced techniques being used here in reproductive endocrinology, cancer surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology. The trip is the first step of a new partnership between the hospital, its Program in Women's Oncology and the Haitian community.
