By presidential decree published in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" dated 28 June 2013, President Michel Martelly, proceeded to the appointment of the following citizens to form the Superior Council of Wages. They are Marie-France H. Mondésir, Renan Hédouville and Daniel Altiné (Representatives of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour) ; Norma Powell, Jean Dany Pierre-François and Réginald Boulos (Representatives of the business sector) and Jean Bonald Golinsky Fatal, Jean Franck Noisimond and Louis Fignolé St-Cyr (Representatives of industry workers). A certified copy of this decree was given to each interested.
