Diaspora and elections

Thursday, a Haitian delegation of member of Haitian Perspective (PH), an organization of diapsora Florida, met with Marc-Élie Nelson, the Director General of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MAHVE) about the possibility that Haitian outside are involved in the organization of the forthcoming elections in Haiti.
