According to a Mexican study of "Consejo Ciudadano para la Seguridad Pública y la Justicia Penal" on the most violent cities in the region, the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince, ranked 49th out of 50, with 371 homicides per 2,227,165 inhabitants. The most violent city is San Pedro Sula in Honduras with 1,411 homicides per 753.990 inhabitants.
New General Coordinator of ENAP
Lucien Francoeur, the Secretary General of the Primature,proceeded this week the installation of Mr. Arold Mompoint Jeune as new General Coordinator of the National School of Administration of Public Policy (ENAP).
