Issuance of letters of appointment in Education

Following the instructions of President Michel Martelly, the Minister of Education, has asked the Human Resources Department (HRD) to issue all the letters of appointment waiting for educational staff. Thus, hundreds of letters have been issued by the HRD, in order to regularize the situation of teachers. Several departmental directorates have already received their lot for the field monitoring. The process will continue until its completion in the coming days.
