A bad driver crash a Rara band
Sunday around 10:00 pm a vehicle manufactured by Nissan that was heading at high speed toward the South, struck a Rara band on the national road number #2 at the height of Croix-Hilaire, a town of Petit-Goâve making a victim (a young boy named Doubenn) and 9 wounded including 4 seriously, which were rushed to the Notre-Dame Hospital in Petit-Goâve. President Martelly in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
