Geo-spatial system for the Caribbean

On the occasion of the 6th Summit of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), held in Merida (Mexico), the Mexican president, Enrique Peña Nieto, has proposed to its Caribbean counterparts, the establishment of an information and geospatial infrastructure system. This system will anticipate major natural hazards that affect the region and that have significant economic and social consequences. The President Nieto announced that his country will invest 4.5 million U.S. dollars in this system, for the purchase of technological equipment.

Delegation of public relations companies in Haiti

From 2 to 12 May 2014, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries receives a delegation of public relations companies, consisting of Steve Bennett, Didier Phelip, Osvaldo Soriano and Jean Marc Flambert which must ensure the promotion of Haiti to the United States, Dominican Republic and Europe (France, England, Spain and Germany).

Workshop on the performance of Superior Audit Institutions

On Monday, the Office of Human Resources Management and (OMRH) participated to the workshop on the framework for measuring the performance of Superior Audit Institutions organized by the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA).
