iciHaiti - Social : Mortgage Loans to ONA

As announced last week, the mortgage department of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) is open since this week to any employee who is insured by ONA for at least 5 years. The mortgage may be paid over a period of 25 years with an interest rate of 10%.
Emmanuel Ménard, the Director of the ONA stressed that "This is an opportunity to allow certain insured to have the opportunity to purchase a house, land, etc...", stating that public school teachers, staff of public hospitals, the police officers also have access to mortgages, even if they are not insured to ONA.
