Friday at a ceremony in the presence of Dr. Georges Dubuche, the Director General of the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP), directors of units and directorates of the Ministry and several employees and ministry officials, has been installed Dr. Jean Antoine Alceus as Technical Advisor to the General Directorate and Dr. Jean Patrick Alfred, as Director to the Unit for Studies and Programming (UPE) of the Ministry.
