Haiti - Trade : NOTICE: wheat flour import from the Dominican Republic

In a note dated July 6, Jude Hervé Day, the Minister of Trade and Industry "bring to the attention of the general public and wheat flour importers in particular, that all imports of wheat flour from the Dominican Republic is subject to obtain a Free Sale Certificate (CVL) of the exporting country before the sale in the Haitian market.
Any person infringing this provision will be prosecuted and punished according to the laws in force."
