iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : Signing of a code of good electoral conduct 08/08/2015 15:01:16
In their interventions, the Divisional Inspector of the police station in Petit-Goâve, Fanfan Kersain and substitute Government Commissioner, Me Dormevil Pierre Wilner, gave assurances that the elections will take place with no problems and that everyone's safety will be ensured . They, both, requested the collaboration of the population, while stating that the police and judicial authorities will be present throughout the election day. Furthermore, candidates, Jacques Stevenson Thimoléon, Germain Alexandre-Fils and Me Jean Frederic Beneche, signed under the applause of the audience, a good electoral conduct code submitted by NDI, to confirm their willingness to contribute to the pacification of Petit-Goâve and say no to violence in all its forms.
