Terrorists in Kenskoff are implementing a new method to isolate the territories they occupy. They are no longer content with simply building barricades; they are now destroying paths and roads to prevent law enforcement vehicles from accessing the area under their control, forcing the police to rehabilitate the road access blocked by criminal gangs in order to continue their operations.
"In the commune of Kenscoff, the National Police is fighting daily against an urban guerrilla movement of various forms," the Haitian Police stated in a message accompanying the video. Which shows the police temporarily repairing the hole with stones and sand to allow entry into the territory controlled by the bandits...
