iciHaiti - Economy : Restitution of Haitians trucks stuck at the Dominican border

Following the agreement reached Thursday https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14979-haiti-politic-end-of-the-strike-of-dominican-truckers-and-carriers.html commercial activities have resumed normally Friday at the Malpasse-Jimani border. The trucks originating from the neighboring Republic, transporting goods to Haiti, were able to cross as usual the Haitian border.
The 10 Haitian trucks that were stuck at the border, on the Dominican side since 22 August, was returned without incident to Haitian carriers on the morning of Friday.
Moreover, the solidarity strike announced for Friday by the Rraders Association of Ouanaminthe https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14967-haiti-social-strong-tension-at-the-malpasse-jimani-border.html was not followed and border market functioned normally.
