iciHaiti - Agriculture : Taiwan supports the Haitian agricultural development

As part of the Haitian-Taiwanese cooperation, Fresner Dorcin, the Minister of Agriculture has received from the Government of Taiwan 2 checks to be used to promote agriculture in the Artibonite.
The first check in the amount of 1.09 million dollars, will be used as part of a cooperation project for the development of the cereal sector in the Artibonite Valley and teh second check amounting 734,000 dollars (733.936) will be used to build capacity for the production of quality rice seeds in Haiti also in Artibonite.
