Tuesday in anticipation of the International Disability Day which will be celebrated on 3 December, the Office of the Secretary of State for Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) launched the "Month of disability" to promote the integration of persons living with disabilities around the theme "Patisipasyon ak enklizyon moun andikape se zafè pa m, se zafè pa w, nou tout konsène".

During this month, the BSEIPH and its partners will organize in Port-au-Prince and in the cities of Jacmel, Les Cayes, Jeremie, Cap Haitien and Gonaives, a set of activities, including: a caravan of inclusion, an open day (November 13, 2015, at the street Senghor - Nazon), fairs and sales exhibitions, a competition of texts and illustrations and socio-cultural and sports activities. These initiatives aim to highlight the abilities of people with disabilities and to raise awareness the population on its responsibilities in the process of social inclusion of these people.
