iciHaiti - Society : 2nd Edition of «La nuit Blanche de Port-au-Prince»

The 2nd popular edition of "La Nuit Blanche de Port-au-Prince » (The White Night of Port-au-Prince) will be held November 28, 2015. This second edition will take place in a couple of places in the city, all connected by a free bus service.

The organizers rely on the involvement of residents and creators who believe that artistic practices can be the source of a citizen burst. This is also an opportunity to decline a theme with a social, economic and political dimensions "Smart City".

"La Nuit blanche de Port-au-Prince", while projecting us into the future, will question the notion of intelligence in the Haitian imagination and that of the economy of the knowledge.

In parallel several satellite projects will give its full dimension to this event, around the notion of rights, citizen participation and respect for the environment. This year, "La Nuit Blanche" is resolutely part of a future perspective : materialize innovative ideas for the city, the time of a night !
