Monday, Philippe Cinéas, Secretary of State for Public Works and Philippe Oriol, Secretary of State for Local Authorities have proceeded to the installation of Zshea Caze as Director General of the Metropolitan Department of Solid Waste Collection (SMCRS) in replacing of Julio Joseph who headed the institution since February 2015.

For having been Deputy Director of SMCRS, Zshea Caze knows very well the SMCRS and promised to continue working for the benefit of the population.
