The Consulate of the Republic of Haiti in Orlando inform the Haitian Community of Central Florida that Consul Natalie Fourcand has replaced, as Chief of Mission the departing Consul, Laurent Prosper.

Let's recall that Mrs. Fourcand has served as Consul at the Consulate of Haiti in Miami and is weIl known in the South Florida Haitian Community.
