Sabine Martelly, Secretary of State for Youth, condemns the act perpetrated against the young Altieri Jeff, a Haitian medical student to the Florida Atlantic University (FAU), found dead in a ravine in the night from 14 to 15 January 2016 to Boutilliers, and the car he was driving calcined.

"I extend my sympathy to the family, friends and classmates of the young Altieri Jeff. I share their pain and dismay. It is a painful and cruel trial that no parent should suffer," declared the Secretary Martelly who hopes that the police investigation determines the causes of this assassination and will allow to apprehend the culprit is that judicial bodies will take rigorous deterrent measures without delay against the responsible for this act.
