Friday, an intersectoral mission went to Panyol, 3rd communal section of Souçailles of the commune of Kenscoff in order to dialogue with community stakeholders on priority needs in the perspective of transforming the area into a "smart village".

Grégory Sénatus of GS GROUP (solar energy), the architect René Hubert as a volunteer, Alte Berthony, the President of the Board of Communal Section (CASEC) of Souçailles, Lionel Orélien, leader of the area, the agronomist Jérome Michel Gilbert, Director of "Centre de formation Classique" of Panyol and Rose Anne Auguste of the Foundation Dr. Louis G. Lamothe, and about thirty parents took part in this dialogue.

The discussions enabled participants stakeholders to identify at least 7 priority needs :

• The development of the access road linking the locality of Panyol to the road Furcy ;

• The construction of a school up to the ninth year of fundamental;

• The construction of a local health center ;

• The availability of electric power ;

• The agricultural supervision;

• Sanitation with toilet ;

• Collection of water with retention basins.

Community actors are firmly committed to bring their civic contributions at all stages of the process in the social transformation of the region.
