The evening was held in the presence of numerous personalities including among others the Ambassador of France Elisabeth Beton Delègue, Ambassador of Mexico, José Luis Alvarado, Senator Ronald Larèche, Vice-President of the Senate, Gregory Brandt, Representative of the private business sector, Paul Gomis, Unesco representative resident in Haiti who have all praised the work of Minister Manigat during his passage to Ministry of National Education.
