iciHaiti - Politic : Launch of the sectoral table of social protection

Friday at the Marriott Hotel, the Ministry of Social Affairs has launched the sectoral table of social protection, in order to develop a national social protection policy to ensure access to basic social services for the poorest.
In his remarks for the occasion Jean Reynold Jean-Pierre, the Chief of Staff of Minister of Social Affairs stated that social protection was a powerful factor for reducing inequalities and stressed that the Ministry, through the sectoral table, will remain permanently at the listening of the population.
