iciHaiti - Diaspora : Back of Justin Viard as Consul of Haiti in Montreal

Justin Viard, former Consul of Haiti in Montreal, which was dismissed September 4, 2015, under the administration Martelly-Paul, for mysterious reasons (politics...), returns Consul General of Haiti Montreal, appointed by the transitional Government of Privert.
He replace at this position Kurdy Larèche, former Vice Consul since 2012, who had held the position of Consul since his dismissal.
A highly appreciated return, causing great joy in the Montreal Haitian Community especially among businessmen, intellectuals and opinion leaders.
