Sunday, Mirlande Dupiche Prévost, the spokesman of Procuratorate of Port-au-Prince informed that on decision of the prosecution 36 minors detained in the Rehabilitation Centre for Minors in Conflict with the Law (CERMICOL) for various crimes (robbery, rape, violence etc...) have been released and entrusted to the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (IBESR) for better management.

Arielle J. Villedrouin, the Director General of IBESR welcomed this decision and invited the 36 minors to take their destiny in hand to ensure their future.
