This Friday, August 5th will be held the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games Rio 2016 (August 5 to 21) who will see this year more than 10,500 athletes (including 10 Haitians) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17948-haiti-sports-10-haitian-athletes-confirmed-for-the-olympic-games.html will compete in 28 disciplines.
This is the Haitian wrestler Asnage Castelly, which will be the flag bearers of the Haitian delegation, during the opening parade. Haiti will parade after Guyana.
Note that Thursday our two-color was hoisted at a ceremony at the Olympic Village, marking the official participation of Haiti in the Olympic Games in 2016. Saturday, the Haitian Ambassador Cherub Madsen, will host a dinner in honor of the delegation Haitian.
