Friday, in the halls of the Senate in the Luxembourg Palace (Paris), the Haitian designer Pascale Théard, in the presence of French parliamentarians and many personalities, has been awarded of the Trophy Women 3000, which recognize the exemplary women personalities of the Francophone world in order to enhance their visibility in public, economic and social life.
