Haiti - Technology : Training of biomedical engineering technicians
The US Agency for International Development (USAID) announces a new partnership for a project to repair and maintain biomedical equipment in Haiti.

Within the framework of the REPARE Project (Reparation Pou Amelyore Ekipman Medikal), , will be launched Tuesday 17 January at the US Embassy in Tabarre, a certification program for Haitian technicians.

On this occasion there will be a signing ceremony of a partnership between USAID, WK Kellogg Foundation, the General Electric Foundation (GE) and the St. Boniface Haiti Foundation to train Haitian technicians in biomedical engineering in order to repair and maintaining medical equipment.
