President Moïse, accompanied by Max Rodolphe Saint Albin, Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities, inaugurated at Hinche, a Center for the reception and delivery of identity documents (CRLDI).

The ceremony was attended by: Deputy Cholzer Chancy, President of the Lower House, of parliamentarians of Department of the Centre, the Mayor of the city of Hinche, Jonel Jean-Baptiste and the Departmental Delegate of the Centre, Marie Denise Bernadeau.
